Going global may bring new customers

The word global causes us to think big and conjures up thoughts of costly investments which aren't too popular these days. But going global may not be as expensive as you think, and you may already have an existing customer base.

It's time for a few predictions

It's a new year's tradition to resolve that I'll shed the tyre around my waist from eating my way through 25 pounds of fruitcake during the holidays. And it's practically an annual requirement that I make a prediction or two for the new year. So here goes.
