Mike Lowe, a director of ActivateNZ, was elected a general board member of the Association of Enterprise Architects at its recent Annual General Meeting, held in Copenhagen.
A New Zealand chapter of the association was formed last year. The president is Neil Brown, of the Ministry of Health.
Lowe says there is an interest group of around 110 in New Zealand, and a meeting last month, hosted by the State Services Commission, attracted an audience of 35.
The mission of the Association of Enterprise Architecture is to provide a global forum for the advancement of the profession and the practice of enterprise architecture.
