Interwoven adds former Dell, 3Com CIOs to board

FRAMINGHAM (03/11/2004) - Tom L. Thomas has been appointed to the board of directors of Interwoven Inc., a provider of content management software based in Sunnyvale, Calif. He replaces Mahmood Panjwani, who is stepping down from Interwoven's board of directors to pursue his personal interests.
A Silicon Valley veteran, Thomas most recently served as chairman, president and CEO of Haht Commerce, an internet order management software company that was recently acquired by Global Exchange Services. Prior to Haht, Thomas was president and CEO of integration software provider Ajuba Solutions and chairman, president and CEO of CRM vendor Vantive Corp. He previously also served as senior vice president of e-business and CIO at 3Com and Palm.
Before moving to Silicon Valley, Thomas was CIO of Dell Computer and served as vice president of information systems for Kraft Inc. and Sara Lee Corp.
