Jade Software Corporation has named Charlotte Walshe as its new CEO to replace interim CEO, Jason Court, starting mid December.
Jade said she had extensive executive leadership and corporate governance experience, primarily in the technology sector. For the past 10 years Walshe has served as CEO for Dynamic Controls, a manufacturer of electronic systems for medical equipment such as wheelchairs.
She has also held a number of governance roles with companies and organisations in the broader software and technology sectors, including directorships with NZ Trade & Enterprise, The Dodd-Walls Centre for Photonic and Quantum Technologies and Enable Services.
Jade chair, Sue Suckling said she was well qualified to drive the company’s digital innovation and services development strategy.
Walshe’s appointment follows a break up of the former Jade Software in July that left the current Jade Software almost entirely owned by UK company Skipton Building Society and Jade Logistics owned by USA Health. The split saw the departure of CEO David Lindsay.
