Airdocs, an Australian company that provides customer communications services hosted in Microsoft Azure, has entered the New Zealand market, opening an office in Auckland.
Airdocs (the name derives from an acronym of automated intelligent relevance) claims to simplify and expedite the design, creation and delivery of customer communications projects.
According to its web site, “Airdocs ensures every message you provide to your customers is functionally designed, personalised, actionable and delivered via the customer's preferred channel.”
It claims its customers can design, create, edit and collaborate on all their customer communications securely and virtually from any location.”
The company says its New Zealand arm is focused on working with organisations that want to transform their customer communications technology systems without the costs and delays of implanting in-house systems.
Also, Airdocs says it is developing new digital outputs, including video messaging, and has plans to add blockchain functionality.
