Schools to get information technology resource kit

New Zealand's Information Technology Association and IBM have created an educational resource kit for schools out of a report on how information technology is changing society.

New Zealand schools are getting copies of the Impact 2001 report on the way information technology is changing society.

The report, by Graham Butler of New Zealand Futures Trust, was put together earlier this year under the auspices of the Information Technology Association (ITANZ) and other groups. ITANZ and IBM have had it edited into an educational resource kit and sent out to all the country's primary and secondary schools.
