NZ Post gains injunction over nzpost.com

New Zealand Post has obtained a high court injunction restraining Aucklander David Leng from using the domain name nzpost.com. Leng had registered the domain name with US-based domain name registration service Internic Software. New Zealand Post spokeswoman Karen Coss says NZ Post's lawyers have written to Internic asking it to suspend the site.

New Zealand Post spokeswoman Karen Coss says NZ Post’s lawyers have written to Internic asking it to suspend the site. The site can no longer be accessed. Coss says it contained objectionable material which was not associated with New Zealand Post. Coss says NZ Post is continuing to take legal advice.
