The education arm of Wellington-based IT provider TechTonics has launched an email notification system to help students avoid missing their exams.

The education arm of Wellington-based IT provider TechTonics has launched an email notification system to help students avoid missing their exams.

TechTonics, which has an office in Auckland, is a certified Novell and Microsoft trainer and claims to provide half of Novell's training in this country.

The service for past and current customers includes monthly bulletins about forthcoming promotions and course schedules. It also advises on upcoming courses in a candidate's qualification track and can also handle customer queries.

TechTonics runs three to five courses a day, with the average course cost being about $500.
