Fissenden resigns from SupplyNet

After four and a half months on the job, Garry Fissenden has resigned as managing director of the electronic marketplace SupplyNet.

After four and a half months on the job, Garry Fissenden has resigned as managing director of the electronic marketplace SupplyNet.

Fissenden is moving to Melbourne to take up a post with the ANZ Banking Group and SupplyNet is looking for a replacement. Fissenden joined SupplyNet in December last year, replacing Carlos Martinez.

The e-marketplace, which launched in May 2000, has run pilots allowing organisations to buy from suppliers online, but still doesn’t have any commercial customers.
