Correction: hack didn't involve worm

A story which first appeared online on July 3 contained a factual error about a hacker attack on Auckland security company Co-Logic.

A story which first appeared online on July 3 contained a factual error about a hacker attack on Auckland security company Co-Logic.

The story wrongly stated that Co-Logic fell victim to a worm virus.

The company says hackers did succeed in passing through a trap set for them, defacing a web page on a production server. However, they did not embed a worm on the site, as the original story, and headline, stated.
