Marketing communications head Helen Morgan-Banda says the report had been expected to be ready by last Wednesday, but was delayed by its main author’s enforced and unexpected absence from the office on that day.

She was not sure whether the report, when completed, would be confidential to the company, or whether parts of it, at least, could be released more generally.
