In the same week as a restraint of trade was lifted by Advantage Group, software company Intergen, formerly known as Glazier Systems, stepped back into the Auckland market.

Advantage Group bought Glazier Systems in 1999 but sold it back to its Wellington management in June last year. The company, renamed Intergen, was not allowed back into the Auckland market for a year.

The company has now set up an office in Takapuna headed by Shaun Donaghey, the former national sales manager for TelstraClear division Zivo. The web specialist was downsized following the TelstraClear merger several months ago.

Intergen has 40 staff in Wellington, including 18 Microsoft .Net developers who have completed 10 .Net projects. It also works with SharePoint Portal Server and Microsoft Content Management Server.
