I am a technical sales and support manager in Auckland. I have been in the telecommunications industry now for 22 years in only two jobs. I have experience gained from hands-on technical installations of telephone exchanges, PABX systems, customer line testing equipment and multi-user customer record databases.
I also have been involved in the project side of engineering additions, moves and changes to the same. I have been involved in writing, formulating and presenting training sessions to corporate and technical personnel alike. I have also been involved in vendor contract negotiations and maintenance agreements. I hold tertiary NZQA-recognised qualifications for telephony and certificates for Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
