I am working as a field and support engineer for a telecommunications company. My main responsibilities are installations/upgrades for CTI [computer telephony integration] products, problem-solving and general helpdesk.

I have a degree in electrical and electronic engineering. I have six years PC/Server hardware and software knowledge. I am familiar (to an advanced level) with Microsoft Windows 95, 98, Windows NT, NT Server, IBM OS2, MS Office, MS Exchange, IIS, PABXs and other telephony products. I am working toward a MCSE as well.
