Dear What Am I Worth,

I'm working as technical support in a company with more than 200 staff. I've been there for 14 months, starting out as helpdesk operator.

The biggest part of my job is NT and Novell administrator (anything besides doing backups), setting up new PC's, maintaining the invoicing system, second/third level support, Exchange Server Admin.

I don't have any school-related qualifications for IT but I've passed five Microsoft exams with excellent scores (Networking Essentials 833/1000, NT Workstation 966/1000, NT Server 966/1000, TCP/IP 1000/1000, NT Server in the Enterprise 720/1000).
