Dear What Am I Worth,

I am a 22-year-old helpdesk support person. I have worked with computers for about seven years seriously and I have worked previously doing computer sales and support for a now non-existent computer company. I have done the Novell 4.11 CNA training and have a Certificate in Business Computing.

In addition to this I also have an NZQA [New Zealand Qualifications Authority] Introduction to Information Technology certificate.

I have a very good working knowledge of NT, 95, 98, 3.1, 3.11, and Dos and subsequent application software. I have also done some network administration as a small part of my current position.
