Dear What Am I Worth,

I have been in the IT call centre environment doing support on 1000+ desktop computers, 80 servers and a token ring, ethernet and ATM network. I was responsible for backups to host and bare-metal restores. I administered the NT 4.0 domain regarding log on scripts, policy files, supported 50 laptops and all software.

I hold an NT 4.0 MCSE and a MCP Windows 2000 Professional, Visual Basic 6.0 programming, Turbo Pascal programming and a systems and analysis certificate. I have completed a SCO Unix introduction course and a basic leadership course as I was team leader and had three technicians reporting to me. I have also completed Advanced Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access courses.

Alliance IT Recruitment replies: $55,000. More if you have had hands-on client-facing exposure.
