Craig Eagle has resigned as head of systems integrator Eagle Technology to pursue other business interests.
Eagle’s mother and chair of the board Corallie Eagle will be acting CEO of the company until the new appointment is announced.
Eagle Technology communications manager Flora McGuire would not confirm whether that person has been chosen yet or say what Craig Eagle’s new business interests are.
She says Eagle was planning to leave the company before his father and company founder Trevor Eagle died two years ago. He stayed on to head the company after Trevor Eagle’s death but has now resumed his original plans.
Meanwhile, another Eagle son, Duane, is heading to London to open a new office. The expansion is to support a multi-million dollar contract Eagle has landed to roll-out professional services automation software by Florida company BST Consultants to UK-based ERM (Environmental Resources Management) in 34 countries around the world.
McGuire says Eagle is also launching its food service software, which has 54 installations in Australia in Asia and Canada.
