BCL and Walker Wireless have reached an out of court settlement regarding the dispute over the terms of a radio frequency licence issued to Walker Wireless last year.
BCL sent a brief statement this morning noting an agreement had been reached. No further information was given.
The settlement comes after statements made by BCL managing director Geoff Lawson earlier this month that arbitration wasn't an option and BCL was seeking a judicial review, so as to have a neutral third party cast an eye over the licence.
BCL claimed the wording of the licence contained insufficient information to assure BCL that Walker Wireless' equipment and technology wouldn't affect BCL's operations through interference.
