Dear What am I Worth,

I have been selling PC solutions to business for four years. I have sold network solutions ranging from high-end NT servers running accounting practice software with MS Terminal server and NCD thin clients, Citrix solutions across a WAN, down to entry-level systems running MS Small Business Server.

The sales process includes designing the solution as well as selling and project managing this solution in a very competitive market. I am very familiar with IT vendors and their systems as well as distributor systems.

Candle IT&T replies: Roles similar to yours are paying on target earnings of $120,000 to $150,000, with a base salary component of between $60,000 and $80,000 and the rest made up of commission. This is dependent, of course, on your targets and what you are billing.
