I am a software packaging specialist, applying just-in-time management to deliver all applications to our users. The company has 1400 PCs and I have designed and developed our standard operating environment.

I am also designing a new standard operating environment for our Windows 2000 platform.

I have been in the IT industry for five years. I started as a computer tutor, teaching national computing certificates, and I managed the school's intranet.

Two years later, I designed, built and managed an intranet for a college, which consisted of two NetWare and two NT servers, with fibre-optic and satellite dish technology, proxy and Exchange servers.

I have a diploma in management studies and a bachelor of business degree. All my IT knowledge is self-taught.
