IT @ Manpower replies: How long is a piece of string? Tutoring is an occupation that is very under-rated. I believe contracting may be the best way to maximise your earnings, as only the best and most successful companies pay the best salaries. There are also many ways to develop salary package incentive programmes around bums on seats and other measures. And if you're willing to buy-in to one of these schemes it may prove lucrative. You might expect a base of $55,000 to $65,000.
