Whatever the outcome of the US presidential election, George W Bush is a winner with Kiwis.
Bush received 16% of the politics-related traffic last week, while his vice-presidential opponent had only 11%. The official White House website also leapt in popularity.
Online US news services also saw much more traffic, with the CNN Interactive site being the second-most popular news and media site visited by New Zealand users on election day last Wednesday. Major US newspapers the New York Times, Washington Post and USA Today also enjoyed success.
