Procter & Gamble said it has signed a 10-year, US$400 million contract to outsource management of its human resources systems and operations to IBM Under the contract, IBM will also take over the development of P&G's HR applications. Cincinnati-based P&G outsourced most of its IT operations to Hewlett-Packard last spring in a $3 billion deal.
