Rocom Wireless will handle Bulletin Wireless’ existing New Zealand customers, following Bulletin’s decision to move its development staff to the US.

In a statement to the NZX stock exchange this week, Rocom said the company’s agreement to resell Bulletin’s text-message products in New Zealand has been extended to include management of existing customers. Some local Bulletin staff will join Rocom, the statement says.

In February Bulletin operating chief Bruce Herbert told Computerworld the company would move its development team to Florida, citing a lack of government support for startups as a major source of frustration.
