During his seven years with the Brocker Technology Group, Ridgway saw the company establish offices throughout the Pacific Rim, build the team to 600 people, complete 13 acquisitions over five years and raise capital in Canada and the USA. He also helped the company grow from $8m to $200m during the seven years he was CEO, and led its listing onto the Toronto and NASDAQ

Its first solution, Enterprise Visibility System, was launched in March 2004 after a successful pilot and deployment at Toll TranzLink. In 2004, iVistra was named Innovator of the Year at the 2004 Computerworld Excellence Awards.
