Christchurch developer gets major funding

'Seven figure' sum invested

Christchurch software developer Comrad Medical Systems (formerly Software Innovations) has received what is described in a media release issued on behalf of Comrad as “a long-term seven-figure capital injection” from The Savage Group, a private investment company.

As part of the deal, former Navman executive vice president Mark Bowman has been appointed a non-executive chairman of Comrad.

Comrad’s main product is Comrad2, a radiology information system.
