New MD for FX Networks

Ex-Logical MD joins networking company

Murray Jurgeleit has taken up the role of chief executive at FX Networks and has also taken an equity position in the company.

Jurgeleit was formerly managing director of Logical CSI, which was acquired by IBM in 2002.

FX Networks founder Roger deSallis becomes director of operations at the company.

FX is part of IBM’s bid to build the Advanced Network, which is being managed by the Ministry of Research, Science and Technology (MoRST).

The shortlisted candidates are IBM, Telecom and TelstraClear.
