As one door closes, Simpl opens another

Delays in deciding terms and conditions blamed for departure

As the Outsource2New Zealand project loses one of its biggest shareholders, another is looking at bringing in $5 million in software development projects.

Last week, Synergy withdrew from the O2NZ project, set up to win UK business.

Auckland consulting and services company Simpl has announced it expects to win software development projects worth up to $5 million in a partnership with UK-based solutions company Ixxus.

Simpl managing director Bennett Mediary says Simpl already has three projects under way with Ixxus, including the development of a European-wide directory service project.

“These three projects have a value of around $500,000 each, and there’s at least twice as much as this in the pipeline.
