OneSource makes Australian buy

Danka's annual turnover boosts Onesource's revenues to around $NZ250 million

Onesource Group has purchased Australia’s largest independent provider of printer/copier hardware and document solutions, Danka Australia.

Danka’s annual turnover of around $A80 million will boost Onesource’s revenues to around $NZ250 million. Onesource will have around 1000 staff across Australasia.

Onesource chief executive Evan Johnson says Danka will be managed as a standalone business.

“We will immediately pursue plans to leverage the group’s strong position in digital printing and copying across Australia, “ Johnson says.

Onesource group was bought last year by management from the Hanover Group. Its first subsequent acquisition was the telecommunications of GDC.
