Recruiters QID and Starfish have rebranded, following their merger last year.
The QID name has gone and the recruitment side of the merged entity is now called Beyond Recruitment, while the Starfish name lives on in Starfish Consulting, the management consulting side of the business.
When the merger was announced, QID's Ben Pearson told Computerworld the QID brand "doesn't stand for what we will be doing in 2007" and that it was time for a new brand
Starfish ran both recruitment and management consulting practices. The recruitment side merged with QID to become Beyond Recruitment, while the decision was made to keep the Starfish name in relation to management consulting.
Being associated with a management consulting business "will enable us to engage with clients at a different level and provide a range of services", he said at the time.
The rebranding is effective from April 2.
