On-demand accounting software startup Xero, which listed on the NZX earlier this month, has appointed Paul Gardner as chief financial officer.
Previously, Gardner was with audio technology specialist Phitek Systems. His other previous roles include vice president of international mergers and acquisitions at Scandinavian telco TeliaSonera.
He replaces Hamish Edwards as Xero’s CFO. Edwards has now taken up the business development director role at the company.
