Rumours of Axon’s demise are somewhat premature.
The company, which recently reported a record year for growth a profit, has been puzzled about reports that it had gone into receivership.
It has since clarified some name confusion. A spokesperson says its Auckland headquarters, Axon House, had been sold by the building owner, who had retained ownership of a nearby parking building. He had registered the company name Axon House Limited for the purposes of the car park ownership.
It is Axon House Limited that has just been put into liquidation.
