TUANZ awards announced

Industry celebrates telecomms progress

There was an air of togertherness about the annual TUANZ awards last night as telecommunications users, carriers and providers gathered to collect an array of industry gongs after a year of significant market change.

The only dissenting voice came from former Computerworld editor Anthony Doesburg who, upon receiving his award for telecomms journalism, suggested the pace of industry change was still so slow there would be plenty of stories for journalists to follow for the foreseeable future.
