VTL co-founder, director resigns

Hotchin leaves troubled company to pursue business interests in US

John Hotchin, a founder and a director of NZX-listed vending technology company VTL, has resigned.

Hotchin has left to pursue other business interests in the US, a statement to the stock exchange this afternoon says.

VTL was suspended from trading after a related finance company, Nathans Finance, went into receivership in August.

Hotchin was a co-founder of VTL and was in charge of strategic development, marketing and planning as well as the ongoing development of the company's vending machine data collection software, according to the VTL website.
