UK airline Silverjet is using software from New Zealand company Datasquirt to combine text, email and efax in communications with its customers, Datasquirt announced today.
Sliverjet's IT director George Henderson says Datasquirt's Contact product is a key component of the company's call centre.
"It integrates seamlessly with our Virtual ACD and reservations' systems and gives our contact centre operators a richer level of customer information allowing them to personalise and improve their customer interactions," Henderson says.
Datasquirt also announced deals with four local companies including Christmas hamper company Chrisco and security firm ADT.
Chrisco will use Contact for outbound marketing campaigns while ADT has extended the software's use to noise control call-outs received from the Auckland City Council.
