Zeacom buys call recording, evaluation technology

Extends Communications Centre suite

Unified commmunications company Zeacom has purchased Talking Computers' Mi-Audio and Mi-Eval products. New Zealand-based Talking Computers is a supplier of call recording, IVR, unified messaging and voice mail systems.

The purchase extends the functionality of Zeacom Communication Centre. The Mi-Audio module is a Windows based call recording technology for call centres. The products provide users with evaluation, coaching, reinforcement of training and ongoing quality improvement.

Zeacom's CEO, Miles Valentine, says the products will be offered to the company's existing global base of call centres.
