The New Zealand Defence Force is consolidating its payroll processes and is seeking analysts to review its current processes.
NZDF has a tender out for two business analysts to assist the project manager heading the exercise, which will get under way next month and run for the following four months.
Tender documents note “The NZDF is currently undertaking a programme of work that is examining the existing Human Resources and professional development practices across the organisation, which will include a review of current NZDF payroll units.
“There are currently a number of discrete units that separately administer and manage data input into the centralised NZDF payroll units.”
The analysts will be required to review the current systems, then “conduct a detailed analysis of the NZDF business requirements, including the changes required from the current state to the required future state, deliver a series of options to deliver the required future state, and test the developed options for suitability to meet the NZDF requirement”.
