The Sapphire Technologies name has disappeared from the IT recruitment scene, but it's matter of branding, not company collapse.
Sapphire, along with 19 other Asia-Pacific recruitment and HR services firms owned by Dutch-based global recruitment specialist Randstad, has taken its parent company’s name, effective from March 30.
Other firms to have their names changed include Clayton Ford, Select Appointments and Tanner Menzies.
A statement from Randstad notes: “It will be business as usual for our employees, clients and candidates, with the company’s current recruitment and HR services businesses continuing to be managed by the same people and from the same offices, as distinct specialist divisions of Randstad, servicing all industry sectors”.
All jobs advertised by the former companies were rebranded as being advertised by Randstad from March 30, including IT jobs formerly advertised by Sapphire.
