Constellation Research is inviting Kiwis to enter the 2012 SuperNova Awards, which recognise trailblazers that have overcome the odds to successfully implement “disruptive” technologies within their organisations.
The six award categories are From Data to Decisions (formerly Big data and analytics), Consumerisation of IT (CoIT) and the new C-Suite, Future of work, Matrix commerce, Next gen customer experience, and Technology optimization and innovation.
The Silicon Valley-based analyst firm launched the SuperNova awards last year to celebrate enterprises and their teams “who have successfully put disruptive technologies to work”, says Ray Wang, founder and CEO, Constellation Research.
Constellation Research is a research and advisory firm focused on disruptive and emerging technologies, and this is the first year it is inviting New Zealand enterprises to enter the SuperNova Awards. Judges from across the technology industry – including CIO editor Divina Paredes - will assess applicants against a vigorous set of criteria that evaluates real-world and pragmatic applicability, says Wang.
The deadline for the submission of entries is June 22. Entry forms can be downloaded here.
Semi-finalists will be announced, and invited to Connected Enterprise, Constellation’s executive Innovation Summit on July 27, 2012 at The St. Regis Monarch Beach in Newport Beach, California.
