Ex-Localist CIO to head vendor's NZ operations

Ken Holley to take the day-to-day reins at contact centre cloud provider Ipscape

Ken Holley, former CIO of NZ Post-owned Localist, has been announced as the head of New Zealand operations for contact centre cloud provider Ipscape.

Holley has had previous experience with Ipscape, having worked with the company on Localist’s contact centre telephony system.

In February, Holley’s role at Localist was disestablished. At the time he told Computerworld this came as a “surprise”.

In Holley’s new role he will report directly to Ipscape CEO Simon Burke.

“Ken is a great addition to the IPscape business. He brings great local knowledge and a shared vision in transforming the way business operates through cloud technology,” says Burke.

Last year Holley was announced as a finalist for CIO of the Year Award.
