Cadmus terminals deliver mobile Eftpos to Auckland cabs

Payment provider SmartPay has landed a deal with Auckland’s Co-Op Taxis to upgrade more than 800 vehicles with mobile Eftpos terminals.

The system to be deployed was developed with billing and reporting provider TaxiCharge NZ and will deliver Eftpos to over 800 vehicles. SmartPay managing director Ian Bailey says the new terminals are designed for the taxi industry. The upgrade follows the a similar project with Wellington Combined Taxis, SmartPay says.
