Wellington-based infrastructure provider Revera has named Gael Hargreaves to the CEO role.
Hargreaves replaces co-founder Roger Cockayne who remains with the company as a majority shareholder and board member.
Hargreaves previously worked for Revera in the role of CFO. She left in 2009 and most recently completed a contract to implement a new ERP system and management report for national electric supplier Cuthbert Stewart, according to a statement.
Hargreaves brings 20 years management experience to her new role. She is a past chief operating officer of Skellerup Holdings, and she has had upper management roles with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and with ASSA ABLOY.
Hargreaves begins her role with on February 7.
Cockayne will continue to be involved in strategic iniatives.
