MasterPlex QT, GT remastered for multiplex analysis

FRAMINGHAM (10/23/2003) - MiraiBio Inc. also introduced two new versions of its MasterPlex packages, MasterPlex QT Quantitation Software and MasterPlex GT Genotyping Software, for analyzing multiplex data generated on Luminex-based systems. Combining advanced analysis algorithms, flexible data-display options, and intuitive user interfaces, Miraibio designed MasterPlex packages specifically for researchers using bead arrays and multiplexed data.

The latest version of MasterPlex QT Quantitation Software includes "rotatable" 3-D graphs and charts, single-window template setup and analysis, the elimination of assay-template design limitations, generation of dose-response curves, and logEC50 values. According to the company, MasterPlex QT V 2.0 features the first ever cross-plate analysis of multiplexed data called Virtual Plates and Pipetting, allowing researchers to perform broad analyses on any assay in any format.

Designed to simplify genotyping and haplotyping analyses, MasterPlex GT Genotyping Software integrates automated stringency controls for bead count, relative intensity, and mean fluorescence intensity, as well as 3-D bar, depth, scatter plot, cluster tree, and heat map charts. MasterPlex GT's homology plot allows users to visualize data for more thorough analysis.
