Unboxing video of new iPad surfaces ahead of official March 16 availability

A Vietnamese blog has posted a video on YouTube that shows a new iPad being unboxed, ahead of the official March 16 availability date.

There are no surprises in the video, though it might give true Apple enthusiasts a quick fix in anticipation of the official rollout. In the video, our Vietnamese hosts point out items such as a shiny iCloud logo on the box and a 4G designation, signaling that the tablet does indeed support LTE, as Apple announced last week.

It’s hard to get a real feel for the Retina Display via the video, which includes some side-by-side comparisons vs. an older iPad.
