Realyst Monday announced that it has signed a strategic partnership agreement with the Global Risk Management Solutions division of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC).
Under this agreement, PwC will become a value-added reseller of the Realyst Contract Management product, as well as provide consulting services orientated around both the product and the topic.
"Management of contractual risk is a key component of any risk management framework," comments Mike Roy, a partner of PwC.
"It is also part of the requirements of a company from a 'good governance' viewpoint, since the majority of risks within an organization, and the mitigation of those risks are of a contractual nature."
"The partnership with Realyst is a significant opportunity for us, especially since the software is locally developed, and thus comes with good local support," says Roy. "Additionally, there are already a number of good reference sites across the country, and thus the software has an established track record."
"In a similar way, we at Realyst are delighted to have entered this partnership with PwC, since it already has strong and well established relationships with many corporate organizations in need of these solutions," adds Tony Maddison, a director of Realyst. "Thus, we look forward to a mutually beneficial and long-term relationship."
