JOHANNESBURG (03/23/2004) - Maximizer Software Inc. has announced the launch of version 8.0 of its customer relationship management (CRM) software program, Maximizer Enterprise. The new version is said to incorporate workflow automation, sophisticated reporting and data mining options, enhanced sales lead and account management, and a sophisticated customer service module.
The program is claimed to have improved speed of deployment, and to provide users with a return on investment within days and weeks, not years.
