Enter CIO's best admin contest

FRAMINGHAM (01/15/2004) - What makes a good assistant? Is it amazing organizational skills? Being a good gatekeeper? Anticipating and solving problems? It's time for you to tell us. We are looking to recognize the best administrative assistant to a CIO in our April 15th issue in honor of Administrative Professionals Day (formerly known as National Secretaries Day).

The rules of our contest: Only CIOs can nominate their admin or executive assistant. Write an e-mail, no longer than 100 words, telling us why your assistant is the best (be sure to include an example to illustrate your case). Send the e-mail with "admin contest" in the subject line to Michael Goldberg, Trendlines editor, at mgoldberg@cio.com by Jan. 30, and be sure to include your telephone number for confirmation.

CIO editors will choose a winner and write about that person in our April 15th issue. The honoree will also receive a bouquet of flowers from the boss and CIO.
