LONDON (01/13/2004) - Following the announcement late last week that PC manufacturer Multivision has ceased trading, we can confirm that the Birmingham High Court this morning appointed insolvency practitioner Griffin and King as administrator.
The company accrued massive debts, which according to administrator Tim Cawfield, left it with no choice but to cease trading.
There is no clear news on where warranty holders and those still awaiting goods stand at this time. Cawfield said the company has already been approached by a couple of parties that are interested in taking on all of the company's assets, although nothing has yet been agreed.
Customers with warranty issues, those awaiting delivery of goods, or anybody with urgent queries should write to the company at 49-53 High Street, Halesowen, West Midlands B63 3BG.
We will bring you more news as soon as we have it.
