AutoTrader.com selects MicroStrategy

JOHANNESBURG (12/08/2003) - AutoTrader.com LLC, the auto classified marketplace and consumer information Web site, has chosen MicroStrategy Report Services for enterprise-wide reporting and analysis.

Recently released, MicroStrategy Report Services aims to simplify the deployment of business intelligence applications throughout a large organization -- to all its employees, customers, and suppliers -- and to deliver the entire range of enterprise report types that companies need.

Over 800 AutoTrader.com employees will run reports against a 7TB data warehouse, and will use MicroStrategy Report Services for sales analysis and reporting to improve operational efficiencies and competitive insight, the company says.
